Hello there!

Victor here stepping in for Phoebe.

We took a look at the symbol in page 46 of B-L475E-IOT01A2's datasheet, and both symbols match.

However, you may be referring to the placement of the pins. They're different because SnapEDA follows a mix of IEEE-315 and our own internal standards for symbols.

https://www.snapeda.com/standards/

We imported the symbol into KiCad 5.1.10, and it worked as expected. That being said, you also may be referring to appended pins (i.e GROUND pins).
Example: https://paste.pics/DFT55

If you are, then don't worry. You can change how your symbols are being represented. Check the guide below on how to do that for KiCad:

https://support.snapeda.com/en/articles/3161304-how-to-customize-your-downloaded-schematic-symbols-for-kicad

Please let us know if this helped you, or if by any chance there are any other issues left unaccounted.

Have a nice day!

Thank you for the great explanation! And yes, I got thrown by the pins all compressed together.
