MEM2075-00-140-01-A conversion to OrCAD/Allegro V16.5

I downloaded MEM2075-00-140-01-A.zip, but GCT_MEM2075-00-140-01-A.dra does not work for me due to the older version(V16.5) of OrCad/Allegro I am using.
